Digital Product Licensing Agreement:
This Digital Product Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the date purchased, by and between monickimomoney ("Licensor"), and the Purchaser ("Licensee"). The Licensor and Licensee may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Licensor owns a digital course entitled "The Ultimate Branding Course" or "UBC" ("Product") created by UBC Canada Inc.
